Beim Eiskakao war alles gut, nur der kalte Kakao selbst hat nicht gut geschmeckt

Ich war mit einer Freundin diese Woche dort und hatte einen Eiskaffee mit laktosefreier Milch bestellt. Leider kam dieser mit einer riesigen Haube Sahne bei mir an. Als ich dies ansprach, dass ich ihn laktosefrei bestellt habe und ich es daher mit der Sahne nicht essen kann, nahm die Bedienung es wieder mit. Als die Bedienung wieder bei mir war, war die Sahnehaube zwar weg, aber 1/4 der Sahne war noch in meinem Getränk. Ich habe also kein neues Getränk erhalten, sondern die Sahne wurde abgekratzt. Ich sprach dies an und sie leugnete dies. Ein no Go, für Leute, die es einfach nicht vertragen!! Würde ich nie wieder etwas bestellen!
