Ein kulinarischer Abend, der bleibt – Burbank im Roomers Frankfurt Manche Abende vergisst man nicht, u n d dieser im Burbank gehört ganz eindeutig dazu. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die besondere Atmosphäre: stilvoll, modern und gleichzeitig entspannt und einladend. Das Essen war ein Erlebnis für die Sinne. Jeder Teller war so kunstvoll und detailverliebt angerichtet, dass man ihn zuerst mit den Augen genossen hat. Aromen, Düfte, Texturen – so fein abgestimmt, so durchdacht und gleichzeitig so voller Leben. Ich wollte – ehrlich gesagt – gar nicht, dass es aufhört. Es war einer dieser seltenen Abende, bei denen man bei jedem Gang spürt: „Das ist mehr als Geschmack – das ist Emotion auf dem Teller. Chapeau.“ Hier wird nicht einfach gekocht – hier wird inszeniert, gestaltet und balanciert. Was auf den Teller kommt, hat Tiefe, Kreativität und Präzision. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Daniele und das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service. Alle waren aufmerksam, freundlich und präsent – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke. Ein rundum stimmiges Erlebnis – geschmacklich, atmosphärisch und menschlich. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen mit großer Freude sehr, sehr gerne wieder.
