ich war hier schon oft und komme auch gerne wieder und bin auch mit allen mitarbeitern bisher zufriedenst! Vllt könnte man für die kritiker mangelnder bereitschaft zum smalltalk eine kleine liste aushängen mit anlaufstellen für gesprächstherapien oder so...

Instead of having the bags and cups at the entrance of the shop, they have them close to the payment desk. In the morning, when the shop is full, you need to queue twice in the payment line: once for getting the paper bag and another one for paying, resulting in useless delay - especially if you have a train to catch. Moreover, the cashier was not friendly at all and the food just tastes ok. Better go to the bakery nearby.
