I visited the Frankfurt airport today and I was served by the manager by the name of Paola and she was extremely rude and she did not listen to us or our request. She was shouting at her work colleagues infront of everyone when they were providing exceptional customer service. A lady named Lara who was there was so lovely and dealt with me with patience and had exceptional customer service skill. Thank you to her it made my day here bearable thank you Lara
