Sono stato da Trattoria Sabatino tre volte e ogni volta mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Anche se bisogna fare un po’ di fila (consiglio di arrivare prima dell’apertura), ne vale assolutamente la pena: la qualità e la quantità del cibo sono eccellenti. È una vera cucina casalinga, come quella che prepara la nonna; piatti tipici toscani, autentici e pieni di sapore. I prezzi sono incredibili, soprattutto per essere a Firenze. Si condividono i tavoli con altre persone, il che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole e conviviale. Il personale è gentile e tranquillo, nonostante il grande afflusso di clienti. Una vera perla a Firenze!

Che dire... Uno delle ultime trattorie di una volta, piatti semplici ma ben cucinati. Menù che cambia tutti i giorni in base alla stagione ad esempio gli ottimi ravioli con la zucca, più un po' di piatti fissi come l' arista ,veramente squisito. Non si prenota e si fa la fila ma va bene così fa parte tutto dell' esperienza. Prezzi veramente modici per la qualità offerta. Non cambiare mai Sabatino!
