Schön eingerichteter Laden, sympathisches Service durch den Inhaber. Vorspeise und Pasta haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Leider sind die massiven Porzellanteller nicht vorgewärmt und das Essen am Tisch schon relativ kalt. Gleiches gilt für die Espressotassen, der Espresso an sich ist aber auch nicht zu empfehlen. Ungewöhnlich für Italien, einfach nur wässrig ohne Crema. Das schadet leider auch dem Tiramisu, wo vermutlich der gleiche Espresso zum Einsatz kam.

Do not hesitate. Book the reservation. We are at two Michelin restaurants on our trip and B.O.r.G.O. Was better than everything else we had. Gabriele was a fantastic host and chef. I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone I know going to Florence.
