Purtroppo pizza margherita e con le patate sono troppo secche, la margherita ha anche bisogno di più pomodoro, va bene che sia biscottata ma così è troppo. Molto buona invece la schiacciata ripiena con salsiccia e stracchino (anche con cotto o nduja) sia fredda che riscaldata.
