Esperienza veramente fuori dai soliti schemi, un viaggio in Giappone con tocchi partenopei in un mix di sapori audace ma veramente ben riuscito, il tutto condito da gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità. Complimenti vivissimi a Valentino e a tutto il suo staff per una serata memorabile! Torneremo presto per provare il nuovo menù, che cambia a seconda delle stagioni e della disponibilità del pesce e dei vari ingredienti.
