Das Restaurant liegt etwas abseits des Stadtkerns, aber es lohnt sich herzukommen. Wir haben einen veganen Caprese, Carbonara und Gnocchi mit rotem Pesto bestellt. Ein super Essen, authentisch und lecker, und dazu vegan. Sehr freundlicher Service und gute Preise. Dieses Lokal ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful dinner at Nirvana Veg. The servers were genuinely caring and helpful, making sure we felt welcome throughout the meal. The vegan carbonara with truffle was outstanding—so much so that we ordered it twice! The flavors were rich and delicious, easily one of the best plant-based pasta dishes we’ve ever had. The ambience was perfect for a relaxed evening, especially as a couple. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing vegetarian food in Florence!
