Cucina agricola, saporita e colorata con fantasia. Una bella scoperta, in aperta campagna a due passi (letteralmente) dal centro di Firenze. Atmosfera di paese, sotto un cielo stellato. Sorprende e diverte la caponata, esplode di sapore il "profondo rosso"; pomodoro, ciliegia e fragola. C'è anche la pizza, buona. Forma irregolare e spessore verace, anche il cornicione va a ruba. Non mancano i dolci, generosi e piacevoli. Lo staff, cordiale e simpatico, dispensa proposte e consigli anche a tarda serata, quando la cucina è pronta per andare a dormire. Un luogo accogliente, salotto nel verde, che merita di essere provato. Bravi!
