I coccoli e gli affettati sono favolosi ....il personale è accogliente e simpatico se riuscissero a limare i tempi tra gli antipasti e la prima portata che nel nostro caso era una bistecca con patate tenerissima e cotta come si fa una fiorentina !!! Sarebbero il Top . Ottimo anche il conto e il titolare cortese

Une complète déception qui a gâché un agréable week-end à Florence. Après de grandes attentes, nourries par les nombreux avis positifs en ligne, notre expérience a malheureusement été désastreuse. Nous avons attendu une heure et quarante-cinq minutes sans rien recevoir (sauf des artichauts frits et du vin), malgré les assurances répétées que « les plats arrivaient » ou « étaient en cuisson » — ce qui s’est avéré faux. Pendant ce temps, d’autres clients arrivés après nous ont commandé, mangé et sont partis, tandis que nous continuions d’attendre. D'autres tables autour de nous se sont également plaintes du même problème, donc nous n’avons clairement pas été un cas isolé. Le vin ne nous a été offert qu’après notre proposition de le payer: un geste qui ressemblait donc davantage à une réaction qu’à une véritable attention commerciale. Et, cerise sur le gâteau (que nous n’avons pas pu manger), au moment de partir, nous n’avons reçu aucune excuse de la part des gérants. Nous sommes finalement partis sans avoir pu déjeuner, à 14h45, ce qui ne nous a pas permis de trouver un autre endroit où manger à cette heure-là. C’est vraiment dommage, car les avis nous avaient convaincus: le lieu semblait prometteur, mais l’organisation et la gestion du service ont été catastrophiques. (Nous espérons sincèrement que le restaurant saura améliorer son organisation, car l’endroit et la carte avaient, sur le papier, beaucoup de potentiel.)
