Opened in 2014, the Museo Novecento is a modern art museum housed in the former Ospedale di San Paolo, a 13th-century building known for its loggia designed by Michelozzo. The museum focuses on 20th- and 21st-century Italian contemporary art, with highlights including the Raccolta Alberto della Ragione collection and works donated by Ottone Rosai.

Several temporary exhibits of the "site specific installation" type. If this isn't your thing, I would carefully check the temp exhibitions before you go. If your taste runs to more traditional art, you may be better off at the Museo del Novocento. My photos are of more traditional art, of which there isn't very much.
