Came for the waffles. They have no waffles. Staff did well to provide an alternative for kids with hearts set on waffles. The chocolate is good. Its not cheap so disappointed not to get what we hoped for.

The service is atrocious and has been for a while. The young staff haven't got a clue what they're doing and seem to be avoiding doing any actual work. The exception to this is one Italian man who seems to be doing all the work; he was great! Go in for a coffee or a tea; anything else and you'll run into trouble.
