Having visited at lunch time on a Saturday, I see why the reviews are bad lol. The wait time is really quite ridiculous! I watched the entry for my order on the monitor tick up to 20 minutes while all of the food but some sweet chilli bites sat waiting. As a result my whole order was that disappointing lukewarm temperature. It appears like the staff are not doing anything when actually they seem to all be bottlenecked waiting for single items. The food was good, everyone was friendly, but massive inefficiencies led to it taking 21 minutes for a zinger burger meal and some sweet chilli bites, where the meal was ready almost instantly and just sat there to go cold while the bites took forever.

Love KFC so I maybe biased! Very quiet for my visit. Easy parking, very pleasant staff. Hot drinks on the menu, although my lattè had little coffee taste. Nevertheless I enjoyed it. I have various apps for charging my car, some of them indicate that EV chargers are "coming soon" but there's no evidence of that here. (I'd charged up at Instavolt at McDonald's next to Langlands anyway). Starbucks next door and a garage that sells most things, as do many these days. Very handy for the Hull traffic.
