wanted to share an experience I had recently at your store. I visited with two coworkers for drinks. I was the first to place my order — 2 shots of blonde espresso with extra vanilla sweet cream cold foam. While placing my order, one of the baristas (I believe she spoke Spanish) came over to the screen and repeatedly said to the cashier, "Charge her." She seemed to assume I hadn’t been charged properly. I was charged $2.50 plus the cost of the espresso shots, so everything was handled correctly at the register. However, the issue came when it was time to prepare my drink. That same barista ignored my order and didn’t start making it, seemingly because she believed it hadn’t been paid for. She went on to take the next orders — my coworker’s grande cold brew and another friend's tall latte. Thankfully, the cashier noticed what was happening and kindly stepped in to make my drink herself, which I really appreciated. Her quick action and customer care made a big difference, and I’d like to thank her for that. That said, I felt overlooked and judged unfairly by the other barista, which affected my experience. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and service consistency in the future. Thank you for your time.

The staff clearly doesn't want to be there. This is an abysmal and sad location for this company. They process drinks and food out of order and don't have sufficent milk on hand. It looks like they are constructing an expanded store, hope things get better. Won't be revisiting.

Management is obviously terrible and it of course trickles down to the boneless staff. Slow service, things are always broken, always understaffed. I won’t be going here anymore but they need to get their shit together. Manager did nothing to help the one barista all she did was ring up orders. She should be leading from the front like an actual manager does.
