This place has a lot of options, and for the price, the food isn’t horrible. After all, it is a buffet, so the quality is a little up and down depending on the item. Most of the sushi was edible and I couldn’t really complain. However, if you’re mainly interested in vegetarian sushi, this might not be the best choice. They do offer a few vegetarian sushi options: -Corn gunkan (corn with mayo in seaweed) -Avocado sushi -Inari sushi (tofu skin) -Tamago sushi (egg) -Cucumber sushi -Kiwi sushi -Wakame sushi These were a nice addition, but I noticed some issues. The tamago sushi tasted almost frozen, like it had been thawed too quickly. The corn gunkan had a similar problem, too cold and slightly off in texture. The avocado and inari were better temperature-wise and tasted pretty normal. Of course, they had salmon and various other meat sushi, so there are many to choose from and they also offer a lot of hot dishes. The hot food section included fried items and even pizza, though the pizza had no sauce, so it was more like cheese bread with veggies and pineapple on it. There’s also a noodle station where you heat your own noodles with different toppings, leaning toward ramen or hot pot style. Another counter lets you pick raw protein, vegetables, and noodles/rice, and then a chef cooks it fresh for you, which was a nice touch. Drinks were a small disappointment: water is free, but no fountain drinks are available. For me that’s a letdown, since nearly every sushi place in Tampere has a soda machine. Also, considering the only drinks sold were 16oz bottles(almost 500 ml bottles) for like 4,50 euros. I can say that is an insane price for a little bottle of soda when I can buy two 1.5L bottles for 3,59 euros at most stores. On the dessert side, there were good choices. The highlight for me was the chocolate ice cream as it was really good. There was also candy next to the desserts, which is nice for those who don’t want to commit to cake or ice cream after a full meal. One standout from the sushi side was the Naudan sushi (beef sushi). The flavor was nice, but the blowtorch cooking was uneven. Some pieces were cooked well and tasted great, while others had raw sections that were chewy and less enjoyable. Overall: This place is a nice addition to Tampere with a lot of potential. The variety is impressive, sushi, hot foods, noodle stations, desserts, and more, but the execution still feels inconsistent at times. With some improvements (especially in sushi handling and drink options), it could become a real favorite.

Valinnanvaraa runsaasti. Sushit, hyviä ja myös tavanomaisempaa ruokaa löytyy. Paljon ihmisiä mutta pöytiä runsaasti ja ruokia aina tarjolla. Ei halvin mutta valinnanvaran vuoksi ymmärrettävää.
