I visited with friends La Bamboo Sri Lankisches Restaurant in Stuttgart, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambiance that immediately makes you feel at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to explain the different Sri Lankan dishes on the menu, which was great for someone wanting to explore authentic flavors. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Chicken Kothu Roti. It was bursting with flavor and had the perfect balance of spices that truly showcased the richness of Sri Lankan cuisine. The dish was spicy – in the best way possible – with layers of chili, herbs, and curry flavors blending beautifully with the soft, shredded roti and tender chicken pieces. If you enjoy bold, authentic spice levels, this is a must-try! The portion size was generous, and the fresh ingredients made every bite memorable. Along with the Kothu, we also tried a few side dishes and drinks, all of which complemented the meal perfectly. Overall, La Bamboo is a gem in Stuttgart for anyone who loves authentic Sri Lankan food. The Chicken Kothu alone is worth the visit – but be prepared for some heat if you’re not used to spicy dishes! Highly recommended for spice lovers and foodies looking for something unique.

Meine Güte war das Essen bombastisch gut 🥰. Selbst die schleckige Tochter einer Freundin fand es total lecker und es wurde auf alle Sonderwünsche von ihr eingegangen. Das Essen wurde für die Tochter auch absolut mild gemacht was echt selten ist und es hat trotzdem extrem gut geschmeckt. Wir sind total begeistert. Absoluter Geheim Tipp 😍

Was für ein toller Abend! Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich ein Geheimtipp – das Essen war einfach saugut! Und wenn ich lecker sage, meine ich nicht nur „ganz okay“, sondern: richtig rund, raffiniert und mit viel Herz gekocht. Jeder Gang ein Volltreffer. Dazu kommt das schöne Ambiente – hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Und ein echtes Highlight: das Service-Team! Flott, freundlich, aufmerksam, und dabei nie aufdringlich. Man merkt, dass hier mit Freude gearbeitet wird. Ich komme definitiv wieder – und bringe beim nächsten Mal gleich noch ein paar Freunde mit. Absolute Empfehlung!
