The schnitzel at Klösterle was an absolute delight—perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, and served with traditional sides that made the meal feel authentically German. Every bite was a pleasure, and it's clear that the kitchen knows its way around classic comfort food. However, while the food was outstanding, the service was somewhat underwhelming. It wasn’t necessarily bad, but it lacked the attentiveness and warmth that would have elevated the dining experience even further. A bit more engagement and promptness from the staff would have made the evening truly exceptional. That being said, if you're looking for a fantastic schnitzel in a charming setting, Klösterle is absolutely worth a visit. Just be prepared for service that might not match the excellence of the food
