Jag gillar hela konceptet UD mycket - men på Sveavägen har vi blivit besvikna så många gånger på sistone. Så många missar från personalen och ingen som håller ordning. Det har tex hänt många gånger att servitrisen försvinner eller bara ignorerar oss gäster. Jättelång väntan men ingen som bryr sig. När vi väl får maten så har vi ingenting att dricka och ingen frågar om vi vill ha något, eller så får vi inga bestick att äta med.
