Coffee and vibes, what more do you need? To really get a solid understanding of Hi-NRG, you have to chat with its proprietors, Luis and Nathan. They are the (ample) heart and (abundant) soul of the operation, holding down bar and serving the masses. It’s a quaint menu for a quaint spot, but it’s more than enough. Get a filter coffee and an espresso/espresso and milk, plop yerself at the bar counter, and soak in whatever is spinning. Make a friend or two. It’s all about fun and merriment, and keeping the energy up…keeping the energy hi.
