Stopped by on a Thursday morning to buy some of their sweet and savoury pastries. We tried the Pain au Chocolat, Croissant aux Amandes, Cheese Roll and two different kinds of Sausage Rolls (one with sunflower seeds, which had a thinner sausage; and one without sunflower seeds, which had a thicker sausage). The savoury pastries were good. The sweet pastries were fine. I just did not like them very much. There was not enough lamination. For example, the Pain au Chocolat and the Croissant aux Amandes were very heavy. They were not flaky. Furthermore, the frangipane was on top of the Croissant aux Amandes, instead of in the middle. Moreover, I did not think the Croissant aux Amandes tasted enough like almonds.
