We spent an incredible afternoon at this spa a few days ago. It was a bit of a last-minute plan, but absolutely worth it. I spoke with Vicky over the phone beforehand—she was super friendly and helpful—and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. We got to meet both Karolina and Vicky in person. They helped us with our luggage and were genuinely cheerful and kind. Everything was clearly explained, and not for a second did we feel like we were asking too many questions. The spa itself was beautiful—clean, luxurious, and so calming. We arrived slightly hungover and not in the best mood, but the whole experience completely turned our day around. The only small downside were the lockers—they were a bit tricky to open, and both my partner and I had to ask for help a couple of times. Other than that, we had such a great time and will definitely be coming back as soon as we're back in Prague! Cheers!

Spa Carlo byl luxusní zážitek, který přesně odpovídal recenzím. Spa samotné je nádherné, vybavené a útulné. Slečny na recepci byly ochotné a velmi profesionální neměly problém s odpovídáním na jakékoliv otázky, připadali jsme si velmi vítaně a po návštěvě odpočatě. Děkujeme za vše!

היינו שלושה לילות במלון אז הייתה לנו כניסה חופשית לספא. בריכה מקורה (מרתף) די גדולה, חדרי הלבשה נוחים ונקיים, וכסאות ישיבה מסביב לבריכה. סה"כ נחמד, מתקנים עם סילוני מיים ג'קוזי מחוברים לבריכה, נחמד אבל מדובר על סילוני מים קרים בטמפרטורה של הבריכה לא על ג'קוזי חם. יש סאונת אדים די גדולה שמוגדרת עם בגדי ים וסאונה יבשה עם שלט שמבקש לא להיכנס עם בגדי ים. כשהיינו כל מי שנכנס היה עם בגד ים, זה בסדר רק כדאי מדיניות ברורה. סה"כ בריכה מקורה די גדולה לא בדיוק בריכת שחיה אבל אפשר לשחות קצת מצד לצד ונחמד ולא עמוס.
