Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse de ce café où deux jours de suite nous avons pris quelques verres de vin après avoir mangé dans Porto. Très bel emplacement le soir, les musiciens jouant le soir dans la rue étaient talentueux . Le service est très agréable et amical et les verres de rosé bus étaient bons. Malheureusement, en vérifiant la note payée le lendemain quand les idées sont plus claires, nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'il était ajouté 10% de tips (pourboire), sur les factures, sans que l'on ne nous demande si on était d'accord avec cela. Comme indiqué dans des précédents messages, le client ne doit pas être mis devant le fait accompli, c'est à lui de décider s'il laisse un pourboire et combien. Nous avons donc eu l'impression d'être pris pour des pigeons et c'est très désagréable quand on s'en rend compte. Dommage pour nous, on a perdu confiance à cause de cette politique commerciale très douteuse et on va être obligé de rester sur nos gardes dans le futur

We didn’t try the food but the ambiance and street music was amazing 🤩. I will definitely come back. The service was amazing. It’s a nice place to come and chill at
