Sie gehört zweifellos zu den besten Adressen der Region, wenn es um authentische fränkische Küche geht. Die Speisen sind stets frisch zubereitet, klassisch im Geschmack und von konstant hoher Qualität. Das Ambiente ist bodenständig und passt hervorragend zur regionalen Ausrichtung der Küche. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen souverän. Die Wartezeiten sind selbst bei gut gefülltem Gastraum vollkommen angemessen. The setting is down-to-earth and perfectly in line with the regional culinary focus. The staff is friendly, attentive, and handles busy times with professionalism.
