In the first floor of the Arndale Centre as part of Arndale market. We tried the bahn mi and it was really good. Reasonable prices for all the dishes on the menu. They take cash and card payment. We would come back again.

Lovely little spot, reasonably priced and really good food. There is good vegan/veggie options. I didnt have to wait long for the food and it was well packed and still very hot after a 10 minute walk back to my office.

The food is absolutely amazing ! I had the Pho Chay and some spring rolls. However some of the staff could certainly do with more training. I asked for prawns in my meal and even though I got the Pho Chay I explained I do eat meat, the waiter was confused by this and when I tried to explain he just rudely cut me off. We were given the spring rolls but no side plates... so we struggled to eat them as they were falling apart and normally I would ask for them but it started to feel like we were a nuisance just by being there and only then we got the plates when he saw us struggle, no apology or anything though. Long story short, if you want really good food come here but dont expect good service.
