On my recent visit to your Arndale Store, I was having a difficult day and decided to treat myself to a coffee to help lift my spirits. It was only after leaving the store and returning to work that I noticed a handwritten message on the side of my cup that read, "Have a lovely day ❤️". Today I have been there in the morning with my friend which was her first time of visiting Manchester and the lady who served us , “NADIA” on her shirt tag , had lack of communication and hospitality , and she was rolling her eyes over her head when we asked to pay separately . This is out of Starbucks service. Hopefully they learn how to do the job or leave, so the people who are craving for this position ,take it .
