The reason why this can’t be a five star is that fact you can’t tip the staff here! Whilst we were waiting for our table, Ben on the bar by the entrance made me and my partner a fantastic negroni and had amazing customer service and his knowledge for drinks was amazing, he recommended us the best wines. When we dined we had Souki as our waitress, and the service she gave us was stand out. She had us laughing and smiling ear to ear we were blown away from how much she went above and beyond. When we came to the end of our meal we already talking about how we wanted to tip but all we saw was that we couldn’t tip at tall (except cash) and the service charge came out to 3.79 which she would only get £1 of if she was lucky. When these are the face of your business they deserve the tips they get, as they work so hard and don’t have the initiative- imagine the work they would be doing with this incentive. The food is amazing and is only supported by the floor staff with how stand out the customer service is. I really do hope you support your staff in the future and make sure they do get a tip option as they deserve it and you do not.

We had the loveliest meal here- Ben started us out with amazing negronis, Souki was friendly and so helpful all night, made sure we had the best evening!! Would massively recommend for dinner, food is amazing and the staff are even better :) Only regret is I couldn’t tip the amazing staff !!!
