Go Falafel on Deansgate never fails to satisfy with its fresh ingredients and array of juices and smoothies to complement the delicious options for any time of day. It's a bonus that everything on the menu is healthy. So, along with the great service and courteous staff I always encounter, it ticks all the boxes for me.

What's going on with the quality? I love to treat myself with a nice falafel wrap for lunch once or twice per week at GO Falafel. But lately its preparation has been awful. I requested my falafel a bit warmer ( wasn't really busy as other times so I thought about requesting it as I really like it, but the blonde lady refused saying it comes warm anyway ( pls someone explain to her the difference between warm and warmer) but the reason why I'm really writing this review is cause the wrapping was null -I was given a taco instead basically- and the foil between the paper and the "taco" was missing causing me eating the paper and then hand picking the paper glued to my food before every bite. I understand bad days, but can't understand why as it wasn't particularly busy as other times the quality on my past two visits have been really unpleasant.
