Oscar!! Now there’s a guy who knows how to ‘read the room’. This guy saw me approach the counter and gave me ample space and and ample time to have a look at the amazing deserts on offer. Nothing worse than having someone ask what you would like when you’ve not even had a chance to look or feeling under pressure when they’re hovering over you so you end up just quickly choosing anything! This guy deserves an ‘Oscar’ 🏆 😂 (pardon the pun). When I finally decided what I wanted, he served with a smile, we had good banter and honestly probably one of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Trafford centre 10/10 👌🏽 Oscar is a credit to your Company 🌟 As for the donuts (that’s all I picked up on this 1st visit). They were b****y amazing!!! Big and fluffy and full of colour & flavour !!! Love the vibrant quirky designs too. I loved gifting these. I’ll definitely be going back again. The donuts were for sure … Worth it !!!!! 🌟 💯 I asked for seperate boxes as I’d be gifting them and without hesitation he did just that, even then asked if I wanted them in seperate bags.
