Bottomless Karaoke Brunch was exactly what you'd want and more! The staff working it were super energentic,and even at the start when the drinks hadnt kicked in yet, lifted the mood by having a go themselves. There were some teething issues as its still new, but nothing that ruined the event, and they even ran it for an extra 30 mins to ensure we didnt feel rushed by delays to the food coming out!

The concept of a bottomless brunch with kareoke is great and I was really looking forward to the afternoon. However, we were made to wait to be taken up to the room in which the brunch would be served. On arrival, there was a welcome drink which was OK and a bottle of prosecco on the table. It took 30 minutes before our drinks order arrived. For the amount of people all being seated at the same time, there were not enough bar staff to keep the drinks flowing. The food came 1hr and 15 minutes into the brunch and as service was so slow, we were given an extra half hour to finish. The food was OK but our order was wrong and as we had waited so long, couldn't be bothered to ask for the correct meals to be made. We only got two drinks per person because the lack of staff meant there was no one to take our order. I could only see 1 person behind the bar making drinks, not cocktails-just spirit and mixer and once made they were sat on the bar waiting to be brought out to tables. Until this bar is properly staffed, I can't say I'll be going back as it was not value for money. It might have been brunch but it definitely wasn't bottomless.
