It was great when I went. I don't understand the negativity towards it. About ID - read the website. It says you need the original ID. They don't accept photos of it. About the customer service - you interact with the staff for literally less than a minute but stay there for hours. Who cares if they don't treat you like a king? About the cleanliness - they do a great job of it. There's almost always someone coming round sweeping up the litter. It's going to build up given the number of people who go there. Overall - a great sauna, hot facilities, nice patrons of all shapes, sizes, colours and interests, clear communication, and confident and plentiful guest-guest interaction. I'll definitely go again. Sunday seems to be the day to go if you want busy.

Don't understand all critics. Staff was nice... Small area sauna, but perhaps isn't a main stage. 💋💋💋

The drink session guy inside can be more friendly and customer approach can be more good. Recepption guy today was friendly and welcoming
