We’ve been here for Billie Eilish concert. Staff was helpful but some things were a bit unorganised like after the concert we didn’t have time to go to the toilet (they rushed everyone to leave), some toilets were closed and some water refill stations didn’t work.

the actual venue inside is decent, but they NEED to sort out the queuing system for standing. I saw gracie abrams in feb here and the queue was obscenely long for an arena but i also saw billie eilish in july so i thought they would have sorted it out by then but they hadn’t! There was only one set of doors for standing and the queues were so long causing us to miss the openers even though we arrived with plenty of time to spare.
