One of my favourite spots in London to grab a matcha or coffee (and sometimes a smoothie or a quick protein fix) and I really enjoy the products, I think they’re great quality, but the service could be improved. As a returning customer (I probably visit a good few times per week) I can say that the service is always kind of slow, the staff is not too attentive and somehow shows disinterest, which is a shame because they are the face of the brand.

Very peaceful atmosphere and pretty drinks, friendly staff who were able to advise on drink preferences. We ordered a blue earth vanilla matcha with a blue glaze smoothie.

One of the best café experiences I’ve had in London! After discovering Tease on TikTok, I decided to try matcha for the first time. The menu was overwhelming, but the two lovely ladies patiently helped me choose the salted vanilla date matcha with coconut milk—even offering to remake it if I didn’t love it (no need—it was AMAZING !). Incredible service, delicious drink, and such warm hospitality. Can’t wait to return!
