Whenever I order from you, you add the bare minimum of sauce. I order a footlong and you add literally a drop of mayonnaise at the end of the sub. Today I ordered and paid for extra cheese. But in addition to NO CHEESE AT ALL, you once again pulled your “stingy on the mayo” trick, and this negative review is well earned. Do better!

I have ordered from other subways before, so I knew what to expect. But the sandwich I received was diabolical. I ordered via Uber eats for pick up. It's only when I got to work and opened the pack I realised how bad it was. Now, if it was one little mistake, I could ignore it. My sandwich was clearly made with old/stale bread. Salad missing. Sauce is missing. Literally, more than 50% of the fillings were not there. I ordered a footling ham, and it had 2 slices of ham, TWO. It also had bits of cheese, not slices, bits of cheese. I took one small bite and threw it in the bin. Whoever made it clearly doesn't give a damn about making anything of quality and should consider working in a non-food related job. Now that I see other reviews, it's clear that this branch needs an overhaul. On this occasion, Uber eats was of no use/help when dealing with my issue.
