Huge improvement in quality ever since the change in ownership - staff are always friendly and polite, the facilities also look better kept than before. The branch is also becoming halal in mid-August which is great.

This was my first time visiting a Subway, and I was really impressed! The staff were friendly and patient while I decided on my order. I loved how I could choose exactly what I wanted on my sandwich – everything was fresh and tasty. The place was clean, and service was quick even though it was a bit busy. Definitely a good option for a fast and healthy meal. I’ll be coming back again soon!

I used to avoid Subway after a terrible experience at one branch. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, the bread was hard, and the veggies looked like they’d been sitting out all day. I left feeling like I wasted my money and swore I wouldn’t go back. But recently, I gave Subway another shot at Fulham Broadway —and I’m so glad I did. The difference was like night and day. The staff were welcoming, fast, and actually smiled. Everything was fresh, my sandwich was perfectly made, and the store was clean and inviting. Sometimes it’s not the brand—it’s the branch. I’m happy I gave it another try, and now Subway is back on my list for quick, tasty lunches!
