I ordered footlong meal deal meal on the self service machine with my daughter. I went to collect my meal and I saw that there is kids free pack on their counter. I formed the server who said the child must be present, I should my child and he then said I can only get the free kids pack if I ordered on the til. This i think is very misleading because they are quick to get you to use the self service and does not point out to families who comes in to order food what perks are available. I am very disappointed because the service refused me getting free kids pack for my daughter

They are serving halal food, price is good. Need to improve customer service. The store is accessible, they accept both cash and Card payment.

Ordered 3 x foot long subs, all with hardly any filling. After complaining about one of the subs, they told us if we wanted it to be filled properly you go for the 6 inch sub, not the foot long. So from his own admission, they do not fill the foot long sub. The incompetence is baffling! I didnt even bother getting the other 2 subs sorted. The chicken terriyaki was filled with cucumbers, jalapenos, lettuce, and hardly any Chicken! These Subs on its own were £9 each, it was like an expensive salad sandwich!
