"I've found my little oasis on Tottenham Court Road! Pret's calm and peaceful atmosphere is a welcome respite from the chaos outside. As I sit sipping my rich and creamy frappe, I'm grateful for the clean and tidy space - spotless floors, tidy tables, and a general sense of order. But what really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Georgina - friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. She's a credit to the team! The whole experience was a perfect break from the noise and stress of the street. Highly recommend!"

I have been here everyday this week with work. Staff have been mostly great. Had one interaction where a staff member took my order and my cup and another staff member Kamal made an over the top reaction of putting it down and saying he couldn't take the lid off. I simply pulled the lid up and off. The staff member Anna D was very embarrassed by this and apologised several times for his behaviour.

This Pret is actually quite good. The design of this shop is very functional and easier to navigate presumably during busy periods. The workers were quick to serve me and very friendly. This particular British chain can vary and sometimes finding one with a good location and arrive during rush hour as a local is a talent. Would visit this spot again.
