Definitely a typical Pepe's. Problem with this store is that the owners in this franchise are a bit stingy. Your better of going to Pepe's in hendon. Much better.

I personally like the food here but honestly some of the staff especially one guy whose not relatively new there but I think his new on the tills, his afghani. He has a very bad attitude, first time he try to overcharge me I get humans can make mistakes, he was wrong and he never apologised. Second time at the tills he kissed his teeth at me because he done something wrong and he always avoids eye contact with customers which is very rude and disrespectful. The only decent staff I can think of is the tall ish indian looking guy, the others are very rude. Serious message to the management at this branch, dont let your staff drag you down, I personally like this branch but now I am thinking to avoid it seriously because of the attitude of the staff. I just think they need training on customer service its genuinely very poor. Thanks
