I honestly thought this KFC had changed after a change in management. This is the second time I've come since the change and both times, I've been asked to wait in the car park for someone to come and give me my order. As a 'Drive Thru', this is what it should be. Order your food, pay, get your food and Drive away. Not wait for 10 minutes in the car park with all the other cars waiting for your food. Yes, there used to be a very big line of cars waiting to go through the drive thru due to waiting for food, now there's lots of cars waiting in the car park and it still takes a long time.
