Yesterday i placed my order and waited for my number to appear. The staff behind the counter seemed to be moving with very little urgency. I then noticed that people were coming after me and there numbers were being called before mine. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff! and she just looked at my receipt number and strolled off continuing to give out orders that were taken after mine. Its only when i raised my voice, that action got taken. And all the staff i must say seemed very disconnected and didn't even apologise. Before you set your staff loose on the public, please make sure they have the basics in customer service.

Food was horrible.Not a friendly staff I went to Tooting KFC yesterday with my friend.Food was horrible.Soggy chips chicken was very oily fried in the old oil.When we complained to the a man he said we get good reviews.This happened yesterday around 1pm to 2pm.
