This is my second time visiting, but my first time sitting in. The Karak is the best I’ve had in London (maybe even the best ever). You can tell it’s made fresh and you can even taste that the quality of ingredients is so good!! My first time visiting and trying their Karak was last year so it goes to show that there is consistency in the taste. I have the same thoughts on the food, everything tastes / looks like it was made with genuine care and love. There is a wide selection of what they serve so there is something for everyone. Their food and drink also reflects their service and hospitality. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, you can tell that they genuinely care about your experience and will also make recommendations based on what you like. It’s really hard nowadays to find places in London where you don’t feel like you’re getting rushed to leave or that they only care about your money. Food and drink are affordable prices for what they serve. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and the interior is very modern, clean and homely. It is very clear that the staff and owners care about their business and put genuine effort in both their customer service and food/drink. Karakchi definitely sets a gold standard of what hospitality should feel, experience and taste like! :)
