Best karak chaii in my opinion but they could fill the cup more (a bit stingy). The food (biryani snack and samosas were good, but the biryani was quite dry with a minuscule amount of yoghurt. on a second visit the samosas were a bit burnt on the edges). Staff very polite and nice otherwise. It’s clean but they don’t wipe the tables often enough. Decor is nice. Main issue is the loud music. It is so loud it feels like a club and these levels are unsafe. It can cause permanent hearing loss. Please turn down your music to safe levels. Children visit your store and you have a responsibility to everyone visiting and spending in your establishment. I already sent feedback about this directly to the company - no reply.
