I go here once a week to have a matcha and study because of the airy and spacious interior and views of Cutty Sark. The staff have always been very pleasant although it is clear they are understaffed, overstressed and overworked, and I’m sure working unpleasant shift patterns. It’s a turn off for me to see a company that does not seem to treat its staff very well, and considerably sours my impression of the establishment itself. I have now found that I can pre-order my drink on the app which hopefully is more convenient for both them and me. My iced vanilla matcha with almond milk is always delicious although really quite overpriced for what it is (if the building itself wasn’t just perfect for me to study in, I wouldn’t be paying these prices!). If I had a better locally run alternative, I’d be going there in a heartbeat, but I have to admit that their location and view is one of the best in Greenwich.

Service catastrophique, la serveuse devrait changer de métier puisqu'elle déteste ce qu'elle fait. Elle nous a fait en plus payer le prix sur place au lieu du prix à emporter et le jus que nous avions commandé n'était pas le bon. Elle n'a pas voulu nous l'échanger. Bref, expérience client catastrophique.

Seems to prioritise delivery orders rather than in house custom. Got told I had to wait 25mins for a drink... Terrible.
