During my recent visit to this branch, I was excited to try the iced Darjeeling strawberry tea. However, I was disappointed to learn from the staff that they don't serve iced teas, despite having a large sign above the counter indicating otherwise. I then asked if they offer iced matchas. The staff member had to ask another coworker but ultimately confirmed that they do. I believe there is an opportunity for the staff to enhance the overall experience. When I inquired about other iced drink recommendations, the service felt less welcoming than I had expected. It would have been nice if they had offered alternative drink suggestions when they mentioned they don’t have iced teas, but they did not. With a more attentive approach, the customer experience at this location could be significantly improved.

I had an amazing experience at this bakery! The manager was so friendly and so welcoming i think he’s name is David — he made me my day with a nice and amazing joke 😂. You can see his love for what he is doing and the way that he treats his costumers, nice fresh pastries and warm atmosphere. I left with delicious treats and a big smile. Highly recommend!
