When I used to come to Ends Chicken and the old staff were here, everything was great — fast, accurate, and professional. But now, with the new staff, it’s a complete mess. They keep making mistakes, and every time I ask how long it will take, they say “5 minutes.” I ended up waiting nearly an hour while they kept repeating “5 minutes.” This is completely unacceptable. In the end, I just took my money back and went home. Management seriously needs to consider bringing the old staff back — they were efficient and respectful. The current staff are not up to standard and clearly need to be replaced.

The food used to be really good now its cheap and disgusting, the fries are hard and nasty. Dont come here they have sacrificed the quality to make more money but it will hurt them in the end.
