I think the staff have such a good laugh together that they forget they are working. Customers are a slight inconvenience to their chats and VERY LOUD conversations between themselves. No eye contact, no pleasantries, no customer value. Level 1 Service.

The man who made our tea licked his fingers to better grip our teabags. The cups had a chemical smell, but we decided it must just be from washing. Within ten minutes of leaving the store, my mother and I had burning of our throats and stomachs and raging headaches. Awaiting call back from 111 now. On top of all this, they were incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs!
