Good amount of space for this part of town, with upstairs seating to do work. Confusing at the counter, with one of their staff carrying on a conversation leaning on the customer side of the counter completely blocking access to the till. Weirdly they have none of Costa’s vegan cake options - so of ten or so cakes there wasn’t a single one I could buy. Switching just one of the options to a vegan one would have no impact on range of choice to non-vegans, whilst moving me from zero choices to something…. Got Blank Street’s banana bread from two doors along whilst colleagues kept my seat. All a little silly and a shame, as the bright airy space is great

We ordered two deals with hot beverage and toast, two ham and cheese and two hot chocolate (one white and one normal). They got the toast right, but they messed up the hot chocolate big time. They forgot that both had marshmallows, they forgot cream on one, and we got two white. There were no ther costumers waiting for their order, and there were two working behind the counter
