I visited this salon for the first time with a friend last weekend and was really impressed overall. The manicure itself was great quality, the technicians were friendly, and the salon was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The only disappointment was that my technician didn’t confirm which treatment I’d booked before starting, and I was asked to pay extra for a more expensive manicure that I hadn’t chosen. Since it was an honest mistake on their part, it didn’t feel very professional or fair to be charged the difference. Besides that, I did really enjoy the experience and would consider returning, especially if the booking process and treatment confirmations could be handled a bit more carefully in the future.

I had the most lovely experience at CONA! My nails were done by Yuko who had the most amazing attention to detail and produced the beautiful nails that you see in the picture. I also spoke with Zoe who was lovely too. Absolutely fab salon with lovely nail techs, would highly recommend.

I recently discovered this salon and it has quickly become my favourite nail spot in London. The place is always clean and welcoming, and the whole team is genuinely lovely. The gels are top quality, last so well, and every technician I’ve tried has been great. Zoe is my favourite—she’s amazing at detail and so friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!
