The atmosphere is cool, full of regulars and families - community feel. Service was lovely! Food was classic greasy spoon and reasonably priced :)

Dined here on Saturday afternoon 26th April with 2 companions, one visiting up from Portsmouth. We received the best, friendliest service from the lady owner of the restaurant/cafe who also cooked our meals. The place was spotlessly clean and the food absolutely delicous and suited our basic needs......the home made apple crumble with either custard or cream was beautiful. We can wholeheartedly recommend Chefs Delight and will definitely frequent there when needs must. My friend visiting from Portsmouth couldn't believe how good the meal was and how gracious our hosts were.......especially for her liking of extra tea bags in her tea!!!...........the lady owner will remember us now!!!!........we give it a top marks review.
