the shop wasn’t busy at all (assuming because i went quite late) which meant our food came out very quickly. ordered the mango habanero wings which were seasoned perfectly and the chicken was succulent and easy to chew.

Take this as feedback, not criticism. 1: keep the toilets open for customers as long as they’re there. If you come around 23:00, they’re fully closed. 2: offer more than just 1 sachet of ketchup or mayonnaise, even mainstream fast food restaurants and next door takeaway offers bottomless sauces. 3: the habanero chicken burger is good but the chips aren’t so great. I’d get a burger on its own next time 4: staff could be more involved other than the front man. Middle man was very busy and straight to point, not one inch of friendliness 5: customer loyalty card goes a long way. They had none. All the best
